Viasystems Group, Inc. which is a global leading provider of complex multi-layer printed circuit boards and Electro-Mechanical Solutions to OEMs, released its earnings in the third quarter recently.
Up to September 30th, 2011, the net sales of Viasystems Group reached $278.8 million, increasing by 7.5% over the same period of last year and increasing by 3.0% over the previous quarter. It is said that its operating income in the third quarter was $21.4 million, accounting for 7.7% of the total net sales.
After adjustment, its earnings before interest, taxes (EBITDA), depreciation and amortization were $40.3 million, accounting for 14.5% of the net sales. In the same quarter last year, the EBITDA of Viasystems Group was $41.9 million, taking up 16.2% of the total net sales.
